1: Lead time: It means the time required for an item or and order to receive when it is places. This shows the time gap between order placed and recieval of order.

2:Order quantity is the number of quanitities which should be reuired for the material planning . In MRP order quanitity is very critical and the whole production or the final order to customer will based on the number of quanitites ordered in the list

3:Lot for Lot (LFT)It is technique used in material planning and is also called DOQ as (Discrete Order Quantity), where it signifies the lot size . In this the net requirements occurring for each period are considered as the quantity of order

4:On Hand means the number of quantities of the material already in stock which can be used for the production line readily.

Scheduled receipts are information availabke in MRP which indicates the due for the existing replenishment order. This open order shows when these much orders are expected to complete and when this are got ordered for replenishment.
