ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our project (Hospital Management System) includes registration of patients, storing their details into the system and also computerized billing for the pharmacy, hospital, and labs to the insurance (and/or the patient).

Our software will be having facility to give a unique id for every patient. In other side, there will be separate database of hospital (physician, nurses, surgeon etc), insurance, pharmacy and other stake holders. It stores the details of every patient and the staff automatically whenever they are registered. It includes a search facility to know the current status of each room. User can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id.

  The Hospital Management System is accessible either by an administrator or hospital staff to edit and add data. But there will be a feature of editing personal information like phone number, address etc by the patient/user.   The receptionist of hospital can create and add data into the database. The data can be retrieved easily.    The interface will be very user-friendly. The data will be well protected for personal use and makes the data processing very fast.

OBJECTIVES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

The main objectives of the system are to show and help patient to collect most of the information about Medical Services. The system is very simple in design and to implement. The system requires very low system resources and the system will work in almost all configurations.

The main objectives of the proposed system can be enumerated as follows:

To computerize all details regarding patient details & hospital details.

To maintain records effectively.

To connect entire medicine process all together (doctors, insurance company, pharmacy)

Patients get their medicine at time in any circumstances.

Not need to go to insurance company or pharmacy physically, we are providing you to these.

Patients do not need to remember their medicine because our system has all record from doctors.
