All the statements and queries provided by is correct except in first query you done a small mistake i think that is a typing mistake

(CLIENT_ID,CLIENT_USERNAME,CLIENT_PASSWORD,CLIENT_FNAME,CLIENT_LNAME,CLIENT_SCREENNAME,CLIENT_EMAIL,CLIENT_ADDRESS1,CLIENT_CITY,CLIENT_STATE,CLIENT_ZIPCODE, CLIENT_PHONENUMBER,CLIENT_BEGINDATE,CLIENT_TYPE)
VALUES
(1, 'apple','ABC123','Jack','roy','test','test@test.com','New York','New York','New York',98427,'40299988872','11/22/2016','Both' );

You just missed to place the coma after Zip_Code and placed an extra C that`s not a problem and check it once

Remaining all statements are correct there is no mismatch in the queries as I observed.
