The actual for on time deliveries = 75%, ideal is 100%, hence rating = 7.5

similarly all have been rated,

Order lead time actual = 4 days, ideal = 2 days. Since it took double time rating should be half = 5

weighted score = rating*weight

on-time deliveries score = 7.5*20% = 1.5

pricing score = 10*25% = 2.5

similarly order lead time= 5*10% = 0.5

similarly i have calculated all rating and weighted score as shown in table.

Total Weighted score = 1.5 + 2.5 + 0.5 + 1.8 + 1 + 0.5 = 7.8 (Option B)
