he may promissed to his grandmonther that he concern about poor and miniorities, he serves the communities without expecting any return and treat all of those as equal.

he may announce that he will be serve to the needed people irrespective of their communities and economic status. he is there to help the poor and minorities in diferent aspects of discriminations. any one, who is in need of his services, he is available all the times and one can approach him. at the same time he should explain to those about their rights, obligations and the facilities avail as per constitution.

when there is huge discrimination among people in the society, it creates more problems to all. the society will burn sooner, hence the kind of discrimination must be erased or minimized by different actions. it is in the hands of government and it must prepare some policies to remove this kind of discrimination and parity levels among people.

terrorism is there even before 9/11/2001, but it was the major attack which total world comes to konw the impact and danger signal of terrorism. according to steevenson, when the discriminations are high and the income levels vary, the kind of treatment for different communities, undeveloped areas and people, all these show impact on increasing terrorism.

these are two different components of people, which drives people to do something. when these two are moving with same dimension and towards something, they can become masters in their profession and becomes world class leaders. if not, they fight with themselves in most of the times, and becomes world destryoers with their actions.
