REal-time system:It is an example of control system.the real time system is to give us quick (in fraction of seconds)and accurate result e.g, it is used in flight control system, sattellite management system .

Question3:The therac25 is a radiation therapy machine produced by Atomic Energy Of Canada Limited in 1982.It was documented on Sic accidents which happened in the year 1985 to 1987 in which patients were given dose of radiations(heavily) and because of the overdose of radiation after several days it resulted the death of patients symptoms were radiation burns and radiation poisoning. And after 20 months it was declared unsafe.
