1) The implication of Stored Communications Act: according to the act , it allows police to check the emails which are more than 180 days stored by any Internet Service Provider and no search warrant is required for this action and this is important as internet service provider saved the data and if no search warrant is required that means private data could be at risk (even though we are talking about Police Searching) but during search let say if they are looking a company's email then sensitive data may be at risk.
