2 - Knowledge Management is a process where the organisation creates new information, shares it, uses it and also manages it with care, which helps the given organisation to achieve best outcomes by use of the knowledge.
Incremental and Semiradical innovation would require the use of knowledge management techniques as there the information would be useful to keep constantly evolving and getting better.
Ignorance Management - It is a process practised by the organisation in and out of it to manage the ignorance, through a right and the best management practices, which would help not only to take corrective action but also to achieve objectives of the organisation.
Radical innovations would use Ignorance management techniques as there the change would be radical and at once, here you would need to look what you missed or did wrong at last, so we had to change the course of the project
