Design a system state machine. It must read instructions from the read-only-memory( have one 8 bit address input and one 8 bit data output). Each instruction should be a binary code to do one of the following:
* cause the output of the ALU from part d output to be placed in one of the 16 registers from part b.
* load a value into a register (you should think of a way to deal with having the same number of bits in an instruction as you have data to load!)
* move data from one register to another
* skip to an instruction
