Answer)
The purpose of a trademark, which is a recognizable sign, design, or expression, which is to clearly and distinctly identify the products and services of the item or any product from a source or company to distinguish the item from the others. The reason why an entity trademarks an item as opposed to forming a corporation for the item is that the consumer's purchasing decisions and also usage decisions are influenced by the trademarks of the item. The trademark is important for the business to have a distinct image and thus trademarks and the items under it are an asset to the business and the company. Trademarking an item is an effective communication tool and makes it easy for the customers to find the items under the trademark. Trademarks are an asset and items under the trademark depict the same trust that trademark produces.
