Non-procedural language is meant for interacting with the database, which also helps to manage the data.
The scripting language is meant for UI, programing language mostly are API which helps the UI get linked with the back end. Non-procedural language is meant for fetching information and managing the data.
So as to prepare a complete application developer needs to know the languages.
What would find yourself more interested in learning here overall? If so, what would this be here and why?
What types of websites could you create if you only knew HTML and CSS? What would be the limitations of those sites?

The more interesting what I feel is Scripting Language.
Some of the interesting facts are:
One can have specialization in Scripting language. But to become a complete application developer, one needs to know(the background and basic information) the back end also to maintain the data base.
With the help of HTML and CSS, one can built a static & simple website which is used for small businesses.
