Name of the business 2. Inspection score 3. Inspector name How to arrive at your answer: Select a restaurant anywhere in Bulloch County. Type the name into the "name" field on the form at the above link. (See the attached image as a visual aid) Fill out the form as noted on the attachment. Click SEARCH to find your answers. Now that you have entered the webpage There are options to filter the search. As in the question it has mentioned that you are supposed to search in the BULLOCH county, mention it in the search filter and according to the attachment or the names of the resturents you can click on the particular name you are searching for and hence you find all the information required i.e., Name, Score and Inspector Name.
