Both a desktop and a mobile have got web browsers and also an Internet connection, thus both can be used to access websites from the devices directly by the users. But there are some changes and differences between mobile and desktops while visiting websites such as:

a) A mobile has got a smaller screen than a desktop and thus the view and the limit of viewable screen in a mobile is limited to a desktop.

b) Processors are slower in a mobile and thus rendering, loading pages and other apps takes time on the browsers on mobiles than in desktops.

c) Desktop have mouse and keyboard input, also touch inputs are there on top of that, hover events and high precision. In mobile it is a lot different, mobile completely depends on the touch input and gestures and both are different. Finger tapping on touchscreen is less precise than mouse clicks.

d) Multitasking is limited on a mobile web browser than on a desktop.

e) Desktop websites are not always viewable in the mobiles and appear distorted many times. Mobile sites are separately modeled for websites.

f) Desktop displays have a landscape orientation, but mobiles have mainly portrait orientation.

g) Advertising on the mobile devices are reduces considerably or removed completely contradictory to desktop browsers.

The major user behavior changes when viewing web on the smart mobile devices are:

a) Smartphone searches and surfing the website is very specific and browsing is limited on a smartphone.

b) Many users find laptops and desktops better for browsing the internet on a generic basic, however, for specifics users like to sue their mobile.

c) Content becomes more prominent on mobile devices and are thus very important.

d) On mobile devices, users prefer apps more than the browsing or browsing on the internet web browser.

e) Mobile devices give easy navigation and has faster and easier check out of items and objects of interest.
