Thinking about the nature of technology, do you find that technology is inherently equal or fair? Does technology, and its uses, effect individuals equally? Is technology, or can it be, gendered? It technology independent any individual or society?

Before answering all the questions let us look at the advantages and disadvantages of technology:
Advantages of the technology:
At the medical level: Technology has helped to treat the sick people and help the doctors to analyze the issue better. Example: Cardiogram, X-Ray Machines, Scanners etc
Computer invention has enhanced the communication and companies have been benefiting as the companies communicate well with the other countries.
Research has also simplified because of the technology advancement.
The productivity of the industries has also increased drastically in every industry and in the era of bitcoins, the payment can be done easily.
The radio broadcast television and electricity are the most widely used technology which has made our life easier.
NASA also is benefitted out of technology as the astronauts are being sent to different places with the help of technology.
These days agricultural work and industrial work has also been enhanced with productivity as with less time more work is being done.
Disadvantages :
This has made a more dependency on the technology.
Also, man no longer gets to think as everything is done by machines.
As the calculator was invented, man no longer calculates.
Also, It has increased the capital as well as unemployment in countries.
The invention of crucial areas which can even destroy the world: the Nuclear atomic bomb is an example
From the above pros and cons, we cannot provide a definite answer as to technology is inherently fair or not. Also as the usage of technology is concerned then yes it is definitely putting an effect on the life of every individual as it is making it easier. One cannot differentiate as a gender a technology as it is not specific to any gender but is meant for as a whole. Technology may or may not be independent as the development of this technolgy is made keeping the society in view. Also at times technology are created and they are accepted/implemented.
