The above list consists of the most common reasons for NOT exercising. There are many ways by which we can try to overcome the challenges specifically such as:

Planning for the time of work and exercise, pre-planning everything saves time

Motivate yourself by looking at other people in the gym and giving yourself targets

Suffering from lack of money, try running or freehand that doesn't require much money or training

You can get basic equipment’s such as dumbles at nominal rates and don't need a lot of money

Self-motivate yourself to join the gym

Set target for a month or a year

5.            Weather issues (too hot, too cold, rainy, snowy, etc.) -

Most of the gyms and exercise facilities have AC and optimum temperature is set for exercise

Never miss a day you plan to hit the gym or exercise, workout indoors or outdoors depending upon situation

6.            Family/child care obligations -

Everybody has a family and obligations, in order to take care of them, you'll have to be fit enough, thus we should start exercising

We should take at least 30-60 mins out every day for exercising, can be done indoors as well when you're taking care of the family

Ask the trainer and mentor, for exercises for the particular injury, many injuries are solvable by right exercise

Disabilities never stop anyone, but maybe a special case and special exercises.

8.            Fear of failure (too old, too out of shape, too fat, too much to overcome, etc.) -

Old guys hit the gym all the time, thus age doesn't matter if you want to be a begin exercising

Out of shape, but once you start exercising you'll set yourself targets and get in shape soon

c- Lack of willpower/motivation to visit the gym, rather do some other thing

11.          How has "I have no time to exercise" impacted our nation's health levels?

Yours? What were your greatest obstacles to Exercise? Do you feel they are manageable? Use several sentences to explain your answer.

The above has impacted our nation's health levels in an alarmingly high and critical level, when people are diagnosed with several diseases rather than just being fat or obese. Exercise improves the body immunity and that immunity reducing day by day will obviously raise health problems.

The above has impacted me as having increase in weight, unhealthy consumption of food, immunity problems.

My greatest obstacles to Exercise were;

A- Lack of time is the first one as I thought that the day isn't enough time to exercise

b- Lack of resources included a nearby and a real resourced gym

c- Lack of willpower/motivation to visit the gym, rather do some other thing

Yes, they were manageable and finally I fought them and overcome them, to visit the gym at least 3 times a week. I managed the obstacles as:

Lack of time -

Pre-planned my time to exercise, reserved time

Stopped wasting time on futile things

Lack of resources -

Tried exercising basic exercises indoors and outdoors

Bought basic equipment online

Lack of willpower/motivation -

Gave myself targets for fitness and reduction in weight

Teamed up with partners in gym
