I DEFINITLY used it this way just yesterday as described in my Question.

Where does Office or the individual programs store this info? Is some malware program I have possibly deleting something to make this happen every day? I do run Malwarebytes PRO on a full time basis and it can be set to ignore certain types of files or entire Programs if someone can fill me in on the What and Where.
A second thing that I wanted to mention is that I also have cCleaner running and it too can be set in various ways regarding which Cookies to keep etc.
Lastly, I wanted to say that I use McAfee Anti Virus but I'd sure have to doubt that it does anything.

I keep this computer on night and day for the most part and only turn it off about once a week.

Anyone???

Explanation / Answer

I just did a quick Edit / Save / Open and it Opened with that file listed in that green box and instead of it saying Recent, it showed the title to that file. I know that I've seen that before.

So now my plan will be to Restart my PC and then reOpen Excel and see what it shows.
