A1 – A2 -A3 -A6- A7- A8 = 3 + 4 + 2 + 2+2+ 3 = 16 DAYS

A1-A2-A5-A7-A8 = 3 +4 +7 +2+3 = 19 DAYS

Out of above , A1-A2-A5-A7-A8 has the longest duration and hence forms the critical path . The duration of the criticalpath is same as project completion time .

Therefore, earliest completion time of the project = 19 days
