Southwest Airlines would first analyse the situation. Look in to the problem which was created to the passengers of the flight and what she done if requested to her.
After the analysis of the situation they would look for the solutions how to rectify it. They concern with the other workers who are present at that time and judge the situation. The solutions may be that the person who have the problem would be inquired and give the reason with justified situation that occurred in the plane due to her behaviour. If it didn’t rectified then would show the rules and regulation of the Southwest Airlines which the passenger should follow during the journey.
They might give compensation also if the problem is on their side.

Nothing. This woman was inconsiderate to other passengers by not realizing that the smell of nail polish can be irritating to others. I’m glad that the airline stopped her from polishing her nails. Also, the woman was taken into custody by police because of her inappropriate behaviour to the flight attendant
