As a governing body it is their responsibility to prepare the organisation to the changes occuring in the environment and make them accept the changes. For this the governing body must be aware of the changes and must study the consequences these changes might bring to the organisation. They must explain the members about the change and the consequences the changes might bring and how they could effect the members of the organisation and the benefits they might get if any. In this way the governing body can prepare the organisation to face the change in new environment.
