Logistic partnership is a binding between Retailer, Wholesalers and Delivery and Install service company. For example, if we have a product say A, which is too be supplied to the other state. It is the chain which have the kind of partnership as they all get benefited from the supply of the product.

The Qualitative data research method is used here to calculate the cost of benefit taken by each partner in a chain. For example, A product A who’s manufacturing cost is $ 200 per unit, the whole seller purchases it for $ 210 per unit as 100 quantities. Here the margin is $ 10 per unit, Now the partner of the Wholesaler who is the distributor wants to purchase it in the cost of $ 212 per unit. He has the margin of $ 2 per unit. Again, the product goes with the delivery person he charged $ 0.10 per unit. Again, it goes to the retailer then he has purchased the product in $ 214 per unit. There is chain in between the process. As now from the retailer the product goes to the customer and there would be installation company charges also added to this product. So now the retailer would sell the product in $ 220 and the installation charges would cost separately. This Quantitative data shows that the partnership would enhance the process capability and prices to some extent.

The Quality is the major concern in any business. The product which have been sold here with the logistic partnership would have the reliability that the same would goes to the customer. As the modification can not done on the later stages.
