Brown v. Board of Education was one of the sensational case took place in july 17,1954.The case was about the segregation based on the race in public schools and it also violated the 14th constitutional amendment.14th amendment states that equal protection of laws to the citizens under jurisdiction.Court decided that there should not be any separate education for blacks and whites students and they should be protected equally in public education.'separate but equal' doctraine was advanced by the supreme court.This rule was strictly applicable not only in puclic education but also in all public facilities.This case helped the civil right movements of America.

   By undergoing certain consequences in 1955 this system stated in all the public schols and southeren state schools renamed their schools after this movement observed.This is one of the case which is more helpful to the students because discrimination is an unethical issue and it should not be followed in the schools or any places.From the childhood onwards students should have the strict awareness about the racial discrimination.By this case we can know many valuable things and court given the best response in the sense.Violating the constitution is an illegal on the basis of the court responded and created the equal status for whites and blacks.
