The parts are located on the unload pallet (pallet 1) in a 3 by 4 pattern in known fixed positions, 40 mm apart in both directions. The two directions of the pallet are assumed to be parallel to the x and y world coordinate axes of the robot. The parts are to be placed on the load pallet (pallet 2) in a 2 by 6 pattern, 40 mm apart in both directions. The two directions of the pallet are again assumed to be parallel to the x and y world coordinate axes of the robot. Make a sketch of the workstation setup before you begin programming.

The psedo code goes straight like this.

select the pallet 1.

Assuming the initial position is at the corner of the pallet.

move 20mm right and 20 mm down, pick it and place it on pallet 2 ,,20mm right and 20mm down from corner.

then back to first position.

move 40 right, pick and place it 40mm right to previous position on pallet2.

repeat it for 3 times on pallet one and then move down by 40 and repeat ...

for pallet 2 repaet it for 6 times and move down by 40mm.
