Question
Labour laws are advantage as well as disadvantage to both the employer and the employees. With the help of labour laws employees have better guide to hire the labour according to the laws and minimise the discrimination against others. Just like the employers are having a written guide to follow for admission of employees, employees also have the same laws benefits as well as disadvantages of the loss. Basically we can say labour law has more disadvantages rather than having advantages employee labour relationship.
The scope interpretation in the labor law is too narrow and it is very very narrowly interpreted . Labour Law is very unclear and it's vision is also not clear. According to the labour laws the employee and Labour relationship is in disguise. The formulation and application of a national policy for providing appropriate medium between the labour and the service provider which clarify and adopt the scope of relevant laws and regulations is done by the government. Hence we can say that labour law has a negative effect on the relationship between employee and employers
When the conservative party took over a campaign in 1979 it formed the unions and later the unions force the government to form Union loss. 1997 Brownn at al forced and argued that it was important for the government to reduce the overall resistance. These two historical patterns were one of the main event which affected the impact of evolving labour laws in employee and employer relationships
