Same as how the employers have the right to conduct medical test,physical test and mental ability test to the employees.who are going to join newly in the organization.The employers also have the right to conduct drug test on the new employees who are going to join in their organization The process of conducting this drug test is a legal right given to the employers of the organization by their particular state governments. But while coming to the employees point to view the employees are taking this drug test as a part of insulting them.The employees are not accepting the drug test as a legal act. According to my opinion,the process of conducting this drug test at the workplace both to the existing employees and even to the new employees is a very good idea.which helps to make the employer to provide a safe working environment to all the employees in the organization,it helps the employees to be out of health issues which occurs dues to taking the drugs,increase in safe work place gives better productivity to the organization,etc,. The above mentioned points are my opinion relating to the drug test at the workplace.
