Induction process for new employee is very important because it helps the new employees to get settled and to have clear and detailed information about the workplace. If the induction process is not done then new employees will have a tuff time to get settled with the company.

The team members should plan properly and keep a welcome party to their new starters and make them to feel happy and feel free to come forward and mingle with the team.U can decorate the new employees table ,u can welcome them by giving a card,etc.

* Involvement of team members:

When the presentation is going on,instead of one single person presenting the whole meeting,the presentation can be divided into all the team members and presented,by this the new employee will know more about the team.

*Explaining about the workplace:

As the new employees can't just enter and work directly. For few days at least any one has to describe about the work,how it has to be done and about the presentation of their paper,etc.

* Encouraging the team in social interaction:

The new employees will not be knowing much about the environment,so the team members can talk to them about the nearby places,for example restaurant,outing places,etc.,so they start getting friendly with the team.

Once they join ,for few days we have to help them in each and everything and slowly we can see the new employees start showing their creativity in their work.

*Feedback of the new employees:

After few days or months u can ask the new employees to give their feedback about the workplace,as they come out with their views ,the induction process can be improved.
