according to the given data we can say that the correct answer is No beacuase it is independent with rspect to the inequality,but it need sto be depend on its co-efficients and the brief expanation is as follow:
->“Since the infeasible solution is depends upon the values of the coefficents and not depends upon the ineqailuty sign”.
