The cloud services are really crucial part of the business since most of the business are approaching towards E-business.
So the cloud technology will act as a backbone for the businesses, or we can say a canvass where everything can be setup.
There are different cloud services available in the market like Google cloud, aws, and DigiOcean's cloud service and they all have there own pros and con but one thing is for sure that the future is promising for the clud services.
since Internet is only at its initial stage of growth.

Digital Ocean does not have very good security mechanism or firewall in place

All of these have backup servers in place and their service is pretty fast so availability is not a problem as well as reliability and durability.

Since this is a small company to build websites I would recommend the friend to go for shared hosting for his own website and suggest him to make a stellar website for himself/herself first, because you cannot expect anyone to give you a project until you are excelling in it, and to showcase that website is important. Apart from that some resources and search engine optimation for himself to promote on the digital network.
3- If your friend is setting up a physician’s practice, does your recommendation change? Explain.
In this case, the recommendation will change a bit the hosting I would suggest to stick with the same but not the website building part, the physician's center needs more SEO features than the quality website to enforce the reachability of the center.
