The use of social media has become so rampant these days that it calls for immediate attention even in the line of business owing the kind of approach this platform has and the sensitivity associated with it, and thus the concern pertaining to the same. Accordingly, this can certainly not be a responsible statement and may have a considerable impact on the business. Social media websites like Twitter and Face Book, can make or tarnish the image of a Business concern, if not carefully use. Hence one cannot do away with the tweets or messages posted on the FB groups and pages, relating to an Organization because it does not take time for such posts, and especially the adverse ones, to get viral on the online platform and reach global-wide. Therefore one needs to be always alert about the social media websites but that does not mean that the Organization needs to continuously brood over ever small post or tweets shared by the users. Only such tweets or posts needs to be paid more attention to, that may have the potential to cause serious detrimental impact on to the Organization. Such a potential impact is required to be studied before any tweet is sweated upon.
