Net neutrality refers to the idea that all the data/content on the internet should be treated equally and the government or the internet service providers (ISP’s) shouldn’t charge differentially based on user, content, site, application, or mode of communication.Net Neutrality is the concept that the companies that provide you with Internet access should not shape the way you use the Internet.
