3-After the employee return from the assigned country, the global team should provide perception of support to the employee and quality if interactions with the sponsore.

This process can be properly followed if the company have proper repatriation policy and strictly adhere to the policy.By doing this the employee will have lower uncertainty and anxiety, greater feelings of belongingness and greater satisfaction.
