Google has created a office that models after work from play to keep its employees loyal and motivated. It also treats its employees well and gives them regular perks including free gourmet foods and snacks, allow employees to bring their pets inside the workplace, allow employees children to be bought to work place,gym and health club benefits, etc..Overall Google is a very high technology relying company and has to be run by healthy and creative individuals and therefore the company focuses on providing everything an employee requires for his/her well being so that in return it gets highly creative and well balanced and motivated team of people working for it.
J M Family enterprises:This company has been in the manufacturing and production of cars since 1968. It has many benefits that offer its employees and this includes stability(minimum wage+ health and dental insurance) and reassurance that life after retirement is also secured through 401K plans etc.Other benefits include Free doctor consultations to upkeep one's well being, retiree medical benefits, dollars for doers community programs, vehicular purchase plans, flying in corporate planes for associates, 'FFID' cheques or first friday in december bonus plan which may come twice or evn thrice a year depending on how the company's profits look for that year, etc..
