Emotional intelligence - emotional intelligence is art to control self & people around us by developing conscious of cool or hot warnings or volunteer expression of body language to influence self or surrounding people. By using technique of emotional intelligence person expresses his happiness or hide his happiness or properly utilize his expression of happiness to exploit or deployed any person. Schooler in this emotional inelegance quoted human is bor with team, happy people develop happy team & unhappy people develop unhappy team. similarly thing happen with professionals also teacher join to group of teacher as per his emotional inelegance and influence another teacher. Also small pick-pocketr also develop his team & influence other team member.
How conflict arose due to emotional inelegance. when any of person influence another person by using his emotional inelegance, and if in case it latter found it was not real but false in that case conflict arouses. Over period of time value of each emotion differ according to age & situation of particular person. when any person interfere with/ in some one territory by using loop hole or weakness then after particular span of time his existence develop certain kind of discomfort. this discomfort result in conflict.
Also any master maintain relation with his disciple until , disciple behave with due respect, but moment any disciple acquire more knowledge than master then by using emotional inelegance master quit his interference in business and certain restriction get impose. Thus technically if two vehicle maintain safe distance then there is least possibility that there will be collision , similarly if person keep proper distance from emotion there are least chances to develop conflict.
Provoke- The phenomenon provoke occur when unexpected or suppressing matter get observed, If person watch movies technically its must be very clear that character in front are not real these are all different color light image. Second things is film may or may not be base on real story but character who are presenting it are artist & has nothing to do with each other after once project / shooting get complied. If only thing maters from management point of view how much time must spend for particular emotion & that is proper time management to escape from chaos and reset to original dispositions.
