Graphic Designer:

For a new designer any of the basic computer would be fine and should not be less than 5 years old. But when needs of graphic designer increase, a more powerful computer system is required. The most important things for this system are:

- Resolution : This the most important factor to be considered for a graphic designer. It is directly proportional to the quality of the graphics being produced and the testing of those graphics in your system. Resolution should be at least 1280x800
- Processor : Design softwares are processor-intensive so processor speed at minimal should be around 1Ghz and should be more with affordable price.
- Memory : If processor is processing at a very high speed but doesn't have enough memory then it will stall. So there should be optimum size of RAM available in the system with minimal size of 8Gb.
- Disk speed : Size of the disk might not matter much but the speed at which disk process matters. It depends on the disk speed to load a file from dik into your softwares or search for old files. So disk speed should be optimum (at least 7200rpm)

Cashier:

Cashiers require basic computers with operating systems like windows which GUI based and CPU with atleast 1Ghz of speed. Since cashiers must be handling multiple tasks, the system should support multitasking and CPU should be able to handle all those jobs efficiently. This system should have basic software supports like MSExcel,Qick book, Mediware,etc.
System should have atleast 4GB of RAM and a hard disk capacity of 500GB.

Sales Representative:

A sales executive will keep traveling so a desktop system will not work for him. Also if he does not need communication capabilities then a laptop would serve but if he requires a device with communication capabilities and some processing softwares then a mobile or tablet would work.
The device should have communication capabilities in various forms such as voice calls, video calls, conference calls,etc. Also device should support basic softwares for making presentation, email facilities, messaging apps, TO-DOs and reminders,etc. Device dimension should not be less than 5" and not be more than 8" for proper handling. Also device should have atleast 2GB of RAM and a CPU of atleast 1Ghz. Device should provide internal memory of at least 32GB to let executive store important data and files onto device.
