1.I would say the Chief FinancialOfficer that reason for the slowness of the email service is not because of the size of inbox, and deleting even the recovery method is not a solution for this problem.But as a subordinate, if he still wants me to delete those emails I'll request her to give an instruction through officially through an email or something.
