You are a member of the Human Resources organization of a small tech training development company with some 50 full and part-time workers. A casual check of how workers spend their time indicates that there is a large amount of time spent sending and receiving personal texts and emails, shopping online, and checking of social media Web sites. Especially alarming is the casual viewing of “soft porn” which could open the firm to an expensive lawsuit if an employee sees a coworker viewing porn at work and complains that the company has created a hostile work environment. While the company has made it clear that it can monitor workers’ use of information system resources, no guidelines have been set that clearly indicate acceptable and unacceptable use of information system resources.

A good working enironment is very crucial for any company to run it in long term. Following guidelines will ensure that every thing will be done properly and nothing harm will be done to both company and its employers.
During working hours every employee should try to work in solving the problem that project is currently facing or to make project a good one. Company should take care that information should not be shared among scoial netwroking sites by blocking them. Every company should strictly follow this. Every employee should be given proper guidelines and they should be aware of how to use and how not to use office network. Porn sites and gambling ralted sites should be banned on the netwrok.
Company should be very strict in implementing rules and they should even dismiss employee if he used netwrok for same bad reasons. It is the sole priority of a company to take proper measures that employers are not misusing their network
