Scope planning is the process of defining the boundaries and scope of the project before the project actually starts. All the stake holders agree on the scope of the project before inception of the project.
Scope Creeping:
Scope creep is a condition that occurs when a change or an update or addition to whole project or part of the project is done. • The changes might be suggested by the client, colleague, or any stake holder of the project. • The condition might raise any number of times in the life span of a project.
