Think about and discuss your current job and how you are paid for that job (you can discuss a job you had in the past or the type of job you expect to have in the future). Is the payment you receive motivating to you? What theories best explain how your pay motivates you? The current job I am doing is on a mid level management in a Supply chain consulting firm
I have close to 5 yrs of experience and have worked for industries like CPG Pharma etc. Based on my experience and industrial knowledge I think I am decently getting payed. Money can be a motivation at times but not always Obviously the recognition and higher management level visibility of my work always made me happy and the annual incen based on the performance rating is also a motivative factor.
There are many articles in Forbes pages which talks about managers role and how they can motivate their peers and how employees can motivate their employees .Some main elements of all reward process are
