Project oversight is a term used to supervise the project inorder to monitor the project deadline, risk involved, understand status& budget. Project oversight can be done by an individual as well as you can form a committee to oversee the project.
Having an individual or committee oversee the project will have a greater impact. It helps in improving the administration capabilities inside the organization. It clearly gives the organization about the focus of what they are going to achieve in the coming years.
It helps the organization to maintain the good rapport with external clients. This way they ensure any project are done for customers it will be delivered in time.
