To formate Data for Transmission Among network devices , Ethernet is Best existing Technology and Wiedly Installed Local Area Network Technology.Using this Network Devices can Transmit the data to other Devices within Network.

Apart from Hardware component Softaware component is Also Required to Enabling the computer and Printer to communicate in Network. One of the Most used Component is NOS(Network Operating System) , This is The Opearting System Software primarily designed for Supporting Personal Computers in network , Other Devices , WorkStation that are Already connected to LAN like Ethernet.This OS allows the Shared printer Access among Multiple Devices within Network.So in Genearl term it is said as Opearting System of Firewall, Router.

After that We should Have communication Devices Such as Modem,Bluetooth , Switchs etc for Implementation of Communication Devices is Based on Network Topology you want to Select like in Star Network Topology A star network Exist with One switch as a Hub rest other Are called Host . As these Employees are having System running on windows 10 pro , And Having Microsoft office So file sharing electronically is not a big deal Windows offers built in Method for Sharing file in LAN. Like Windows Folder can be shared among other Devices in A Network Conneted with LAN.There are few Methods for Sharing file electronically Such as FTP file Transfer. Peer to Peer file Sharing, Email is one of the Easiet method for SHaring file electronically.

Printer Sharing in windows Network is Not a big deal . Only need to configure Few Settings . SUch as connect Your Printer to directly in LAN Network then Share the printer connected by using Homegroup in change Homegroup setting option available in control panel.

for Sharing the calender among employee Administartor need to set the default Sharing setting available in Calender for Your domain of Employee.So After that Sharing of Calender in Outlook is Easy. Just need to open Calender press share and put details of Employee. it will start sharing.

All the employee Are connected to one Domain one Intranet SO they are able to Access the internet with LAN which i expalined Earlier ethernet .

All the Employee can subscribe for The Paid Email services like Google mail. outlook Yahoo these Email services works best for any Organization having various built in feature.
