The drone technology has captured the minds of people with its ability to do numerous tasks with a lot of ease. Most of the technological experts have referred drone as the unmanned aerial object that have been programmed to perform various tasks. Drones are typically operated by people who are miles away from the aerial vehicles.

Drone technology has introduced immense changes in the world, and like any other change, it has not been easy adapting to the changes introduced. In this regard, it is viable to understand that this technology has taken time for some people to accept its concepts. The primary reason why the technology has not been well received is because of the ethical issues presented by the technology. In respect to how the technology has been received, it is critical to highlight that a larger percentage of people, especially those at the realms of the military view it as an important breakthrough in introducing innovation in the security spectrum of the society. On the other hand, it is imperative to assert that a section of the public has continued to reject the use of drone technology in place of the existing mechanisms.

Let's take for example, the state of Virginia rejected the move to use the drone technology as a substitute of fire fighters in taking radiological readings after nuclear occurrences. This move received sharp criticism from the state’s officials, citing that such a move would lead to an overlap between the obligations of the federal government and the state, in response to nuclear incidences.

The technology has brought about different dimensions regarding its reception. Many have favored the technology, and at the same time, numerous people have expressed their fears concerning the innovative technology. Those in favor of drones argue that the technology presents abundant possibilities and potential in dealing with the issues challenging the world today. They argue that the world needs to employ such innovative maneuvers in dealing with warfare issues, as well as monitoring and surveillance services. However, those in fear of the technology argue that the innovation has plenty of flaws in regard to legal, ethical and moral principles.

The drone technology meant that a drastic change had come in the world, and it needed to be embraced.
