Yes, It can be a digital firm . A digital firm has many characteristics which are as below
1.A hyper-focus on the customer experience
2.Operational processes are well–defined, streamlined, and transparent.
3.Clear integration between data and process.
4.Think “value” not “activities”
This company can integrate drone based delivery which will deliver package very fast irrespective of road traffic. this company can use google feature such as google map and google traffic notification effectively in their APP which will effectively tell which route to take which time to each customer in less time .
This company also include notification about its progress via SMS and tell within how much time it will be develired asking for feedback etc.
There are many more things to add but i am adding most efficient one here only.

There are many chnages taking place in oranization in use of information system but the most crucial is DATA . The data collection and the use of data in business decision and acting according to data information is very important role these day.
One can use advanced technology like DATA ANALYTIC to gain insight from DATA and find many pattern of customer like buying pattern of customer , season based selling , age based interest and selling etc .
So Company can improve thier strategy as per information hidden in DATA and grow .

Operational Excellence is evidenced by results .operational excellence means going through many step and analysis and find a well–defined, streamlined, and transparent way of meetting customer need and satisfaction.
