Range of services: AWS has more number of services than Azure.
Ease of use: Azure is more easy to use specially to ordinary people who doesn't has lots of knowledge in cloud computing.
Cost: AWS is little bit more costly as it doesn't come with any complementary storage plan.
Security features: AWS is more secure and more configurable.
Integration with other services: AWS has more integration services than Azure.
I'd like to choose AWS as it is highly configuraable and has wide range of services.
