Write a summary on this topic 1 of 13 The Lean UX Manifesto: Principle-Driven Design By Anthony Viviano Published on January 8th, 2014 in Usability,User Experience 39 Comments with My colleague Ajay and I have been working at incorporating lean UX at the enterprise level for over two years. In studying it, I find that there's a temptation to lay down rules, and if the rules aren't followed... well, then, you can't call it lean UX. At the end of the day, though, some lean UX is better than none. If you were told to finish off the following sentence, how would you do it? "You're not practicing lean UX if.... I asked that very same question on Twitter, Linkedln and email to some lean UX thinkers' out there. My personal conclusion is simple. Lean UX is a set of principles that may be used to guide you to better, more desirable solutions for users. It's not a process in which each tool is rigidly applied https//www 1/13

Explanation / Answer

Lean UX is an useful and efficient method where the Agile development is involved for the project. Basically lean UX is more focused on the design and on the other hand it is less focused on the deliverables. But to make this happen it needs the whole support from the team. Having Lean UX on the work it gets the point on the following topic

a.Customer validation at an very early stage. So that every functionality can be taken care off.

b.Everyone is involved for designing.

c. Priority is given to solving user problem.

d.Necessary tools are used for the proper implementation.

But the saying goes "You're not practicing lean UX if the goals or the functionality are included. And it is also same when the key performance indicators are not used for the integrating analytics into the various release"
