The Concept Of Motivation:-
Motivation is the reason for onve action. It is inspiration or stimulas which pull us in completion any action. It is a positive response which help in converting all negative into positive and complete that action. For every action it is important to have motivations, either it can be self-motivation or it can be external. Depending on the situation and action motivation can from multiple directions like kid is motivated by parents or friends, employee is motivated by superiors or HR or freinds and also many time self-motivation is also the key to success.
Herzberg and Maslow:-
Herzberg and Maslow is a theory about the rank and satisfaction of various human needs and how people pursue these needs. It say that human are motivated by 5 essential needs and these are follows:-
* Basic/physical needs:- It is most important and basic need of all the humans due to which people do any action. Like food, shelter and cloths.
* Security needs:- It is second most important which help in getting things done.
* Social needs:- It says for society people can work.
* Self-esteem:- For self-respect people for themselves.
* Self-fulfullment:- It help in imptoving the condition.
Extrinsic motivation doesn't always have to be angooth another person, but it is some outside den demand, obligation, or reward that requires the accoutremen achievement ofa particular goal.
Intrinsic motivation is an internal form of motivation. You strive towardsa goya goal for personal satisfaction or accomplishment.
Extrinsic is something outside, for example some one thoughts or a movie or some act etc are things that can motivated a person.
Intrinsic is person's own thought or feeling which help in motivating employee.
Extrinsic properties is a property that is not essential or inherent.
Intrinsic properties are dependent mainly on the chemical composition or structure of the material.
