Create an internal ethical compliance and code of conduct which the employees need to adhere to strictly barring which there would be consequences for the same. The do's and don'ts in dealing with doing global business needs to be clearly outlined to provide the employees a clear direction. The punitive actions due to non-adherence needs to be clearly highlighted.
