Introduction Paragraph:
Since technology is growing fast and these technology of collecting data, use in various field such as population, survey for the introduction of services in market or knowing the usage of the availability resources. From these collection of data , one can easily identify the huge future expansion to generate revenue. I choose this scenario because there was a little things to do or technology know how in 18th or 19th century.
Decision of the paragraph:
The growing number of business malpractices in today’s IT business world has become the main reason for the professionals to concentrate on their focus and time to ensure that businesses and deals are conducted within the range of values and ethics suitable for their business practices.
Consequences of paragraph:
We have reached to a situation where IT management and workers have become separate and contradictory entities wherein their approaches are different and interests are conflicting. If data those collected which probably leads to constant suspicion, friction, disillusions and mistrust because of working at cross purposes. The absence of human values and diminution of human touch in the organizational structure resulted in a permanent crisis of confidence. So it is overall business ethics which lead the IT firm to work on trust .
Society’s opinion paragraph: The IT management thoughts although acquired convenience to many purposes has absolutely not failed in their aim to ensure betterment of individual life and social welfare. It has remained by and large a soul management structure and an oasis of plenty for a chosen few in the midst of good quality of life to many. Hence there is an urgent need to have a re-look at the prevalent management discipline on its objectives, scope and content by the corporate governance and government.
