As a result, creativity is a key factor in whether your company succeeds in developing a product that is marketable. You need to staff a new team of 5 individuals, and you have a pool of 20 to choose from. For each person, you have information about the following characteristics: intelligence, work experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness to experience, and extraversion. 1. If you could form your perfect team for this context, what would it look like? In other words, what characteristics would you choose for each of the 5 members - significant work experience or a little, high, moderate, or low conscientiousness, and so on. Why? 2. How might your choices change if the task required teams to make quick decisions that were not necessarily the most creative? why? 3. For making a team for such changes I would choose 5 members with following qualities.
Work experience
Experience is very essential for implementing the changes and building a specific working pattern. Experience workers have already been through different problems and can provide quick solutions to common problems while in experience workers can find some trouble to mitigate the smaller problems.
Agreeableness
Agreeableness is one of the most essential quality of an employee inside a team. This specific factor greatly increases the level of comfort between a team members and also increases the way of positive thinking for the team members.
Extraversion
Using the extra virgin would directly provide a clear understanding of the society as extrovert people are mostly involved in the society. The specific information about the society would also be reflecting in our new products.
Conscientiousness
Conscientiousness is very necessary for maintaining a balance between the quality of work. Conscious employees directly imply a desire to specifically do the task in a better way.
Intelligence
Intelligence is required for each and every employee to overcome the specific problems and situations which are being orchid for the specific situation.
My choice is would be the same . For making the quicker decisions quickly, this is specific terms are very necessary to maintain a balance between overall development of the specific decision making. Work experience would provide quick answers to the specific situation and agreeableness and other factors would directly affect the overall decision making.
A person with intelligence as well as the quality of agreeableness with a proper work experience and extraversion would be my choice. A person with these qualities would directly be very effective in such conditions and would also be providing a better decision making to the team as well as to the other team members.
As all of these qualities cannot be present in one person in a group of these qualities would be very great for achieving the specific goals..
