Introduction
Age discrimination in workplace defined as the age is an important criteria for avoiding in the workplace.In many of the companies we can see age discrimination because now a days softwares was developing day by day so that organizations think that people belong to the 1980 and 1970 cannot adopt those updated versions.This systems are practising from past days main reason was the age.
At present age discrimination was an unethical law because asking the person age and hiring them leads to the wrong practice. Employees must be coordinated between them in order to their age.

There are some recommendations to solve the age discrimination problems in the workplace
Conclusion
Age is not an criteria for any kind of jobs.Employee hiring most be focused on the experience,skills and communications.Organizations should also clearly mentioned on every document that any employee should not practice the discrimination.
