A task that I do regularly is

the difference between my main actions and improving my activities is time management. I waste time in the morning by getting on the internet and picking out clothes. The way I can improve my activities are choosing clothes at night- skip checking social media and once I'm up just get out the bed and begin my duties.

Variation has affected my duties in a positive way. By improving my duties I now avoid traffic by leaving home earlier
