The solution will include the social security numbers to be encrypted using a key which is onl known to the administrator.The security number will act as a plaintext and key will be used to perform substitution cipher.As a result the input security number will be converted to ciphertext according to which the students details can be accessed.The key is unknown to the outside world except the administrator.

As a result the security number is converted into a secform using encryption and will result in the secrecy and confidentiality of data.The students can access with their roll numbers while if any hacker will try to access the database then he will not be able to access it as he will not be knowing the key to encrypt or decrypt the security numbers.hence all the information will be inaccessable to him.
